Take ALL MEASUREMENTS from mid-bicep.

NOTE : If the top of your cast is at your bicep, take all measurements 1 inch above your cast.

Length: Measure from the tip of your middle finger to your mid bicep.

Bare arm length: Measure the circumference of your bare arm at your mid bicep.
