If you aren’t completely satisfied with the quality and function of your cast cover, you can return it to us for a complete refund. Please remember that we are always available for any questions you may have about your cover or its proper function.

How To: Return Your Cast Cover

If you are unhappy with your DryCAST cast cover, please contact us to begin processing your return. The cast protector must be unused to qualify for a return.  When the return is complete, the amount you spent on your order will be refunded to your original method of purchase. This should take no longer than 14 days to complete.

If you are returning your cover because of a defect, or because the incorrect item was originally shipped, your shipping and restocking fees will be waived entirely. All discrepancies and defects must be made within 10 days of product received. However, if there is no defect, you will need to pay for the item to be shipped back to us, in addition to a small 20% restocking fee.
